Job Overview

Summary/Objective

To complete Product within given time frame and as per the Production plan. co-ordination with shop engineers to plan machine ready to get optimum output with cost effective quality. Initiate corrective and preventive action required in process tooling to prevent repetition of quality problems.

Responsibilities

Essential Functions/Responsibilities

 

  • Ensure proper monitoring of the processes and inspection status, identification & traceability, handling, storage & preservation of the product at each workstation.
  • To review & sign daily Production reports.
  • To follow documented quality system to ensure that it is followed by all employees.
  • To review and authorize daily records of the Production and Employees.
  • To ensure that the stringent follow-up of documented quality system in the works.
  • To review process parameters regularly.
  • Responsibility to ensure the conformity to its integrated management system
  • Responsibility for reporting the performance of the IMS and on opportunity for improvement, in particular to Management.
  • Responsibility for measuring, monitoring, analysis, and evaluation of IMS Objective
  • Responsibility for maintained and be made available extended necessary of organizational knowledge.
  • Responsibility for retaining and maintaining documented information
  • Responsibility for control planned changes and review consequences of unintended changes and taking to mitigation action for any adverse effect.
  • Responsibility for evaluate the performance and the effectiveness of IMS
  • Responsibility for correcting, preventing, or reducing undesired effects.
  • Responsibility for improving including innovation the performance and effectiveness of the IMS
  • To review and authorize the routine records of the production department.
  • Issue the required material from Store.
  • Authorize material requestion and welding consumables slip.

Supervisory Responsibility

This position has direct supervisory responsibilities .

 

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers, photocopiers, and smartphones.

 

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool as necessary.

 

 

Qualifications

Education, Experience and skills

  • Diploma Mechanical or BE Mechanical
  • 3 to 6 Year for BE and 5 to 10 years for Diploma.
  • supervising and improving production at factories.
  • support engineering teams,
  • draw up safety protocols,
  • report issues to the manager, and
  • develop strategies.
