Job Overview

Summary/Objective

 

The candidate must have experience in Cryogenic pump & assembly, and hands on experience in cryogenic pump overhaul and repairs, installation and commissioning. Closely work with management of the business unit to design strategy and roadmap.

Responsibilities

Essential Functions/Responsibilities

  • Provide information for management by preparing short-term and long-term sales forecasts and service business opportunities
  • Develop and lead customer service team and set-up, including technicians and sub-vendors, to ensure team objectives and sales goals are being carried out
  • Develop and maintain relationships with sub-vendors and suppliers that support after-market-service operations
  • Work in concert with principals, ACD-LLC, USA and maintain a high level of knowledge on Turbo expanders and pumps to support customer needs
  • Follow all safety regulations for self and others
  • Proper documentation for pump assembly
  • Bridge the gap between the organization and customer
  • Responsibility to ensure the conformity to its integrated management system
  • Responsibility for reporting on the performance of the IMS and on opportunity for improvement, in particular to Management.
  • Responsibility for measuring, monitoring, analysis, and evaluation of IMS Objective

Supervisory Responsibility

This position has direct supervisory responsibilities and does serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department.

 

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers, photocopiers, and smartphones.

 

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool as necessary.

  • BE in Mechanical Engineering
  • 5-7 Years of experience.
  • Strong technical skills.
  • Research and analytical skills.

  • Communication skills, including the ability to explain clearly, listen to the feedback of clients – and relay this to colleagues.
