Job Overview

The Candidates Should have knowledge of quotation preparation of standard products and field services from the cost book and do the necessary follow-up for an orders. The important link between the sales managers and the Product companies across the world for the necessary follow-ups on pending issues and material supply.

Responsibilities

Essential Functions/Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the follow-up of internal deliverables from the project team, engineering team, purchase team, and manufacturing team to finish the sales order on time with utmost customer satisfaction. Update the customer about the project status from time to time.
  • Enroll the purchase order in the system after the scrutiny.
  • Coordinate with the Finance team for necessary proforma invoice prior to dispatch of materials.
  • Send proforma invoice to customers and follow up for payments.
  • Coordinate with stores and the finance team for streamline dispatch of materials.
  • Support marketing activities for planning to attend an exhibition or trade show
  • Prepare the MIS with updated status of an spares and services sales orders with respect to the contractual delivery date, bookings per functional unit wise, invoicing per functional unit wise
  • Cold calling to the customers regarding customer satisfaction, product quality, complaints resolution. Provide sales lead to the sales managers for further penetration.
  • Prepare every month macro level marketing information report on business activities in the clean energy and industrial gas market in India and South Asia
  • Register field complaints, service requests, product installation requests, or any other customer issue shall be routed through him/her, and He/she will coordinate with the team and customer.
  • Owner of the customer satisfaction survey, which is an ongoing process and preparing the charts/trends
  • Responsibility for reporting on the performance of the IMS and on opportunity for improvement, in particular to Management.
  • Responsibility for measuring, monitoring, analysis, and evaluation of IMS Objective
  • Responsibility for maintained and be made available extended necessary of organizational knowledge.
  • Responsibility for retaining and maintaining documented information.
  • Responsibility for control planned changes and review consequences of unintended changes and taking to mitigation action for any adverse effect.
  • Responsibility for evaluate the performance and the effectiveness of IMS
  • Responsibility for correcting, preventing, or reducing undesired effects.
  • Responsibility for improving including innovation the performance and effectiveness of the IMS.

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers, photocopiers, and smartphones.

 

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or listen. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool as necessary.

Qualifications

Education, Experience and Skills

  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or master’s degree or bachelor’s degree in commerce
  • 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in sales / service coordinator profile
  • Candidate with exposure to multinational companies shall be preferred.
  • Self-motivator and self-starter
  • Result oriented.
  • Proficient in MS Office: MS-Word, MS Excel, MS PPT
  • Good level of English, Hindi, Gujarati speaking and writing
