As a Deputy Project Manager, you will be authorized to oversee contract reviews, project scheduling, cost management, and technical documentation. You will manage procurement processes, evaluate and improve IMS performance, and provide design input. Your role includes tracking project activities, reporting progress, managing project information, and supporting commissioning and after-sales. Your objective is to ensure effective project execution and successful delivery by leveraging your expertise in project management and technical coordination.
Essential Functional:
Responsibilities:
The role is authorized to read contracts, create project schedules, cost sheets, briefs, and AREV PNs; check P&ID and part lists, procure parts, and handle documentation for advance license and cross-country transaction parts; evaluate, correct, and improve IMS performance; provide design input, manage vendor data, and check drawings; track project activities, report progress, and review documentation; manage project information and AREV PNs linkage; and support commissioning, after-sales, issue shipping instructions, and manage P&ID parts in AREV. These authorities also ensure effective project management and execution.
Supervisory Responsibility:
This position has direct supervisory responsibilities and does serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department.

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers, photocopiers, and smartphones.
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool as necessary.
