Job Overview

Summary/Objective:
Good Communications Skill, learning Attitude, Strong understanding of instrumentation principles,
skids operations and industrial automation technologies for Cryogenic Systems.

 

Essential Functional:
An instrumentation engineer’s Basic Knowledge Preparation Documentation,
SOPs, Manual, PPTs and basic knowledge of Process Instruments E.g. Pressure, temperature, Level,
Flow, Controllers, Type of Valves, Analyzers, Sensors. Also Basic of PLC, HMI, SCADA and Signal
types. Basic Difference between Process Transmitters and Switches and Gauges.
More others relative Knowledge as Instrumentation Engineers.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop instrumentation and control
systems that meet specific project requirements. This includes selecting appropriate sensors,
transmitters, valves, analyzers and other components, P&ID, review.
• Parts of the lists create and review, Hook Up drawing review.
• Close loop with vendor for Bought out Parts, Skid Walk through, and testing Install, calibrate,
and configure instrumentation devices.
• Ensure that all instrumentation and systems to safety standards and industry regulations.
Implement measures to prevent accidents and protect workers and the environment.
• Create and maintain documentation related to instrumentation and control systems, including
specifications, diagrams, operating procedures, ISO documents, check list, data sheets,
Manuals, SOPs, Sizing and Calculation, Review etc.
• Work closely with other engineers and technicians.
• Knowledge of MS office Suite, Microsoft Teams and extra software knowledge will be more
beneficial.
• Basic of Signals for PLC and HMI.

 

Supervisory Responsibility:
This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities but does serve as a coach and mentor for
other positions in the department.

 

Work Environment:
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office
equipment such as laptops, computers, photocopiers, and smartphones.

 

Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. Specific
vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus. This would
require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool as necessary.

Qualifications

Education, Experience and Skills:
* Bachelor of Instrumentation and control or instrumentation Engineering Plant,
* Basic Knowledge of Process Instrumentations, Documentation, Standards IEC, ISO, ISA, Type of Valves, Analyzers, Sensors. Also Basic of PLC, HMI, SCADA and Signal types. * *   * Basic Difference between Process Transmitters and Switches and Gauges.
