This role ensures the effective use of system modules to enhance Safety, Health, Environmental, and Quality (SHEQ) performance, compliance, and reporting.

In addition to managing Benchmark Gensuite, this role will assist with corporate greenhouse gas (GHG) data reporting and verification, support quality initiatives, and oversee cryogenic safety programs. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 and will play a key role in developing data-driven solutions to improve global SHEQ performance.

This role reports directly to the Corporate Safety, Health, Environmental, and Quality (SHEQ) Director and works collaboratively with site-level SHEQ Leads and other functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the global administrator and subject matter expert (SME) for Benchmark Gensuite.
  • Lead the deployment, maintenance, user support, and optimization of system modules (e.g., Doc Manager, Corrective Actions, Inspection Tool, Equipment Tracker, Risk Register).
  • Ensure standardized, accurate data collection and reporting across all facilities.
  • Partner with SHEQ and quality teams to integrate Benchmark Gensuite tools with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 requirements.
  • Develop dashboards, KPI reports, and visual analytics for leadership review.
  • Provide system training, user workshops, and ongoing support to site teams worldwide.
  • Collaborate with IT to manage system upgrades, data security, and ERP integrations.
  • Support cryogenic safety programs by monitoring compliance and risk-reduction measures.
  • Support GHG data collection, analytics, and corporate sustainability goals, including ESG reporting.
  • Participate in corporate audits and management reviews, offering insights from system data.
  • Lead continuous improvement projects to enhance global SHEQ management processes.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Environmental Science, Quality, Engineering, Sustainability, or a related field.
  • Experienced in managing Benchmark Gensuite (or similar SHEQ digital platforms) for multiple sites or a global organization.
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
  • Demonstrated experience with GHG reporting, ESG metrics, and sustainability programs.
  • Advanced data analytics skills, including dashboard and KPI development.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and project management abilities.
  • Strong communication and training skills for cross-functional, global teams.

Preferred:

  • Experience in manufacturing, cryogenics, or oil/gas industries.
  • Quality management experience, including audits and corrective action systems.
  • Familiarity with U.S. and global SHEQ regulatory requirements (OSHA, EPA, NFPA).
  • Integration experience between Gensuite and ERP systems.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., ISO Lead Auditor, GHG Inventory, or Sustainability Credentials).

Key Competencies:

  • Digital-first mindset for optimizing SHEQ systems and reporting.
  • Strategic thinker with global collaboration skills.
  • Data-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of presenting actionable insights.
  • Flexible and capable of working across time zones with minimal supervision.
  • Hands-on approach, capable of leading both technical and operational improvements.
